Dr. Frank Lista is the Medical Director and founder of the Plastic Surgery Clinic. He is a certified specialist in plastic surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and one of only a few Canadian plastic surgeons to be board certified in the United States as a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Lista completed his plastic surgery residency and fellowship at the University of Toronto. He has been in practice for over 30 years. Dr. Lista is considered one of the world’s foremost experts in aesthetic breast surgery.
