A recent study from the University of Toronto suggested that the average amount of exposure a medical student gets to Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery over their four years in medical school is about 60 minutes.
As such, the Annual Medical Student Career Night was created to allow medical students from all years to attend an informal evening event with lectures, break-out sessions and casual conversation over beer and pizza and learn about our specialty and what exactly we do.
