With over 60 faculty, the Division of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery is one of the largest academic plastic surgery centres in North America. Our faculty has the following academic ranks:

We have 2 full time researchers, 1 part-time researcher, 5 Faculty with Masters in Education, 21 Faculty with Masters in Clinical Epidemiology and 8 Faculty with PhD’s.
Each academic year we accept for training 4-5 residents for a total of 26-28 residents in training across the 5-year program. In addition, plastic surgeons from around the world travel to Toronto for additional clinical and research training in plastic surgery. Typically, we have anywhere from 17-20 Clinical and Research Fellows in the Division.
Our training program is the largest post-graduate training program in Canada and is considered a world leader in plastic surgery education. Our division provides the community and extensive CME Program serving community Plastic Surgeons, including programs such as:
